So what kind of condition does a car need to be in to need all this work doing? Lets say you've picked up your car and the previous owner's driveway is overgrown with bushes, and everyday they've been reversing and driving through it all, scratching the sides of the cars on bushes, branches and whatever else! Or maybe its been off-roading in harsh climates, there can be many reasons for these types of conditions, BUT the top and bottom of it is machine polishing isn't going to get these marks out!​​​
So sanding is the way forward.

Please note, In this service there are many factors to consider, it will remove more clear coat, so going all the way through is a possibility depending on the thickness of the clear coat, texture removal can also have a negative impact on final result depending on the quality of the metal, if there are many areas needing touch up with paint this might come at an additional cost, please call for more details as it will allow us to discuss more deeply.

Clay bar process to smooth out paintwork

Multiple stages of machine sanding, hand sanding, with different grits to get the required results

Stone chips and deep scratches filled with paint and then blended as best as possible with the surrounding area

Machine polishing to all exterior areas of paintwork, trim, door handles, etc, to remove sanding marks, using a high cutting compound then refined for gloss
